USB key (Flash Drive) upgrade.

If you currently own a Wave 300 or Ariza 500 STB (Set Top Box) Below are the steps you will need to take, in order to upgrade your existing STB.

  1. Download the upgrade file from the following link: NexTV Upgrade
  2. Once downloaded copy the file to a blank USB key (Flash Drive).
  3. Insert the USB key containing the file in the the USB port, located at the back of your Set Top Box.
  4. Disconnect the power cable from the Set Top Box.
  5. Hold the button located on the front the Set Top Box and connect power cable to the Set Top Box, while continuing holding the button for 10 seconds
  6. The upgrade will begin automatically, during the upgrade you will see color bars on your screen, this means the upgrade process has began successfully*.
  7. The Complete upgrade process should take between 5 to 7 minutes*.
  8. Once the STB has completed its upgrade you will notice NexTV welcome screen*.
  9. Congratulations, Your Set Top Box has now been upgraded with the the latest NexTV version.

Network Upgrade (Existing NexTV Customers Only)

  1. In order to perform a network upgrade Please make sure that you STB is hardwired to the internet.
  2. Disconnect the power cable from the Set Top Box
  3. Hold the button located on the front the Set Top Box and connect power cable to the Set
    Top Box, while continuing holding the button for 10 seconds
  4. The upgrade will begin automatically, during the upgrade you will see color bars on your screen, this means the upgrade process has began successfully*
  5. The Complete upgrade process should take between 7 to 10 minutes*.
  6. Once the STB has completed its upgrade you will notice NexTV welcome screen*.
  7. Congratulations, Your Set Top Box has now been upgraded with the latest NexTV version.
